| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Organic composition comprises 5-15 wt.% propolis tincture (10 wt.% solution), 0.2-1 wt.% chamomile flower extract, 0.1-0.4 wt.% dimethyl sulfoxide and propylene glycol, preferably propylene glycol 40 (remainder). The composition further comprises 2-7 wt.% Dorogov's antiseptic stimulator (ASD-2), 1-3 wt.% monolaurin, 8-14 wt.% protein-vitamin mixture Prevax-100 and 15-20 wt.% Vaseline(RTM: Petroleum jelly) oil. USE - The organic composition is useful for treating mastitis of bacterial etiology in cows during lactation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for method of using the organic composition, which involves secreting milk from diseased quarters of the cow's udder before using it, treating the nipple with a cleansing napkin, introducing 5-15 ml organic composition into the nipple canal using a catheter in single dose for 2-3 times with an interval of 24 hours, pinching the tip of the nipple with fingers and lightly massaging from the bottom up, after which the catheter is removed. |
