| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Disclosed is a method for pre-sowing treatment of seeds of agricultural plants with a lipid extract, for production of which a culture of the fungus Mortierella alpine is cultivated. Lipid extract contains arachidonic acid in amount of 20.0 to 40.0% of the weight of the extract components. Before use, the obtained lipid extract is mixed with water and dimethyl sulphoxide with the final distribution in terms of weight fractions in the ratio: 8 parts of water : 1 part of lipid extract : 1 part of dimethyl sulphoxide. USE - Agriculture. ADVANTAGE - Invention provides higher germination capacity of seeds of agricultural plants. |
