成果简介	NOVELTY - Modern trellising system and shade netting has a plural of Reinforced cement concrete (RCC) poles; a hot-dipped Galvanized iron (GI) cross bar with polarity of holes welded to a square pipe arranged on the top of RCC pole; a polarity of GI wire ropes streaming parallel to one another along the GI rod for accommodating cladodes; a anchor assembly fastened to ground for supporting the RCC Poles; a High-density polyethylene (HDPE) net for wrapping over a Treeshaped GI artifact welded to a square pipe welded to GI rod (or) on a galvanized iron (GI) cross bar fixed on the top of a tall RCC pole; where the water is efficiently supplied to the dragon plants by drip irrigation pipes laid on the surface. USE - Modern trellising system and shade netting for dragon fruit for assisting heavy crop stacking. ADVANTAGE - The system has simple conventional structure, is easy to construct and disassemble, and provides dragon fruit with sufficient water, high sweetness and high quality; the system provides a strong and durable support system that will last for a long time in an open area; accommodates high density plantations; produces more yield i.e. three times > than the conventional method; routine operations can be easily performed in the orchard; trellis wires reduce overcrowding of stems and weight on the system; active and fresh cladodes can easily emerge to replace older cladodes; pruning and harvesting can be done easily; prevents direct impact of sunlight on the plant.
