成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves positioning the patient, incising soft tissues in the postauricular area, performing a retrosigmoid craniotomy, incising the dura mater, retracting the cerebellum, opening the arachnoid membrane of peri-trunk cisterns and collecting cerebrospinal fluid. The patient is brought into a supine position with the head turned to the contralateral side by 90° . The arachnoid membrane of the parastem cisterns is mechanically perforated using the tip of an aspirator after the cerebellum is abducted. The cerebrospinal fluid flowing beyond the arachnoid membrane is aspirated using the tip of an aspirator while the cerebrospinal fluid enters the aspirator. The peri-stem cerebrospinal fluid is collected by slowly aspirating peri-stem cerebrospinal fluid and a subclavian catheter is used with the cerebrospinal fluid entering the syringe when the tip of the aspirator reaches the specified depth.
