成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves disposing ash to be a supply of rapidly growing costs and environmental worries for almost all metallic and coal-burning plant life. The conditioned ash is sold off from the haulage vehicle on the disposal web page if the ash is dampened or situation. The volumes are frequently either not without difficulty available or only with no trouble to be had at very high charges, mainly in wilderness climates. Each compartment has an air circulation device, including an air pad, an air stone, or a cyclone, at its bottom, in addition to a compartment exit pipe. A pipe that ends at a ash storage silo within the processing station is connected to a 4-inch air discharge hose from the trailer outlet. An aerator is attached to the silo near the bottom to facilitate the waft of ash into the jet slurrier. USE - Method of ash mound stabilization technology for power plant. Can also be used in steel, and agricultural applications. ADVANTAGE - Method enables creating an ash disposal system in which hardened final product satisfies all current environmental standards and is impermeable to percolation from groundwater and rains, thus eliminates risk of pollution in a disposal region. The method ensures that an ash-wasting process and system is more cost-effective to run than many conventional systems due to elimination of special precautions to protect against dust and hazards and lower capital equipment and labor costs than in majority, if not all, current wasting systems.
