成果简介NOVELTY - Method for applying heat-protective wear-resistant coating to cast iron and steel components, involves performing abrasive-blasting treatment of components with silicon carbide, plasma-spraying cobalt-chromium-aluminum-yttrium sub layer and spraying cermet composition from a mechanical powder mixture, comprising 10-20 wt % nickel-chromium, 20-40 wt.% zirconium dioxide with 4-7 wt.% stabilizing additive of yttrium oxide, 10-20 wt.% nickel-aluminum, 50-12 wt.% molybdenum and 8-10 wt. % boron.
