| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The method involves obtaining autologous platelet-rich plasma. The resulting mixture is injected into a test tube, and performs centrifugation at 3500 rpm for 8 min. A targeted sampling of a layer of platelet-rich plasma 0.5 ml is performed into a sterile syringe, after which an echogenic spinal needle with a cut thickness of 25G and a length of 80 mm is attached to the syringe. The echogenic needle is visualized in the cervical canal and the point injection of autologous plasma is carried out along the entire circumference and length of the cervical canal.
