成果简介NOVELTY - The system has a pump that is attached to a liquid reservoir (301) and a crank shaft (601). The crank shaft is connected to a driven gear (701). The driven gear drives the crank shaft which pushes and pulls the cranking of the pump (401) to aid in building pressure and dispense the liquid through a set of hose pipes to the set of nozzles. A nozzle head is attached to the hose pipe (1001), where the nozzle head (1012) rotates in horizontal and vertical axes. The nozzle head spray liquid in aerosol form. A rotational movement of a rotating wheel (901) drives the driven gear which reciprocates the crank. USE - Automated spraying system for spraying liquid in agriculture fields, hospitals, garden and urinal. Uses include but are not limited to herbicides, pesticides, fertilizers, weed killers, crop performance materials, pest maintenance chemicals and manufacturing and production line ingredients. ADVANTAGE - The system provides spraying of maximum amount of liquid, and provides easy transportation from one place to other. The system is simple and cost effective, and is easy to be implemented and operated in an easy and effective manner. The nozzle head is attached to the hose pipe and the nozzle stand to mount the nozzle, so that the nozzle head can be easily removed from the stand and replaced with another nozzle head.
