| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention can be used in operations using cannulation of the thoracic lymphatic duct (TLD). A duplex ultrasound examination is performed in the area of the lower segment of the jugular vein on the left using the Doppler scanning mode and the left LD is visualized. Percutaneous puncture of the TLD is performed with a cannula needle under local anesthesia and under Doppler ultrasound control. 5 ml of Ultravist is injected through the cannula and lymphography is performed. Then a metal conductor with a diameter of 0.24" is inserted through the cannula, using the Seldinger method, the puncture hole of the TLD is expanded with an expander on the conductor and a subclavian catheter with a diameter of 5F is installed. Lymphography is performed, then the catheter is fixed to the skin with an interrupted suture. The pressure of the lymph in the TLD is measured with a water manometer, and by opening the catheter valve, lymph apheresis and decompression of the TLD are performed. USE - Medicine; surgery; oncology.
