成果简介	NOVELTY - The device has a telescopically operated plate (16) installed on platform (13) through a motorized ball joint. The microcontroller actuates gripper (12) to pick dried dough of slurry from sieve and position dough over obtained model and synchronously actuates plate to press positioned dough for evenly applying dough over model, upon sticking rolls and sheets. A telescopically operated bar is configured with multiple pneumatic pins (17) attached on platform. The microcontroller actuates to extend and position bar in proximity to model and synchronously actuates pins to protrude out from bar to engrave a user-specified pattern over model, upon applying dough over model. An electronic sprayer is configured with multiple canisters filled with colorful paints installed in housing (1). The microcontroller actuates sprayer to spray a user-defined color over model for paining model, thereby results in manufacturing show-piece, upon engraving pattern over model. USE - Decor-article manufacturing device for decor-articles used in interior decoration sector and hobby of people. ADVANTAGE - The pre-processor is integrated with artificial intelligence (AI) protocols that enables extraction of required data form the captured images, and based upon module's output the microcontroller actuates the speaker for alerting the user, in case discrepancies occurs in the components. The decor making devices used to assist user to automate the process ensuring the speed and accuracy from same device.
