| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Obtaining extracellular phenoloxidase enzymes by the strain of the fungus Fomes fomentarius VKPM F-1531, comprises cultivating fungus on an optimized nutrient medium with the addition of 30 vol.% sawdust extract at an initial pH of 5, a temperature of 25-30° C, excess pressure in the apparatus of 2.2 atmosphere, aeration of 1/*1-1/minute, mechanical stirring of the medium at 200 rotation per minute for 8 days, separating the resulting culture liquid from the mycelium by centrifugation at 10000 rotation per minute for 7-8 minutes and as a result an enzyme preparation is obtained with a maximum activity of 17-20 units/ml (for pyrocatechol) or 770-830 units/ml (for 2,2'-azino-bis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid). USE - The method is useful for obtaining extracellular phenoloxidase enzymes by the strain of the fungus Fomes fomentariusVKPM F-1531. ADVANTAGE - None given. |
