| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to tillage rollers. Tillage roller is made in form of hollow smooth cylinder 1, along the periphery of the smooth surface of hollow cylinder 1 at equal intervals in the transverse direction there are technological holes of rectangular shape. Below the process holes, ribs 2 are installed radially over the entire length of the hollow smooth cylinder 1. Through holes are made in ribs 2 at equal distance from each other, in which pins 3 of the same length are installed. Sealing elements 4 are installed on outer ends of pins 3 parallel to ribs 2, having in cross section the shape of segments. Length of sealing elements 4 is equal to length of ribs 2. Compression springs 5 are installed on pins 3 between sealing elements 4 and ribs 2. In sealing elements 4 there are holes 6 of the same diameter. On ribs 2 radially coaxially with holes 6 in sealing elements 4 there are round tenons 7 of the same diameter, which is less than or equal to diameter of holes 6 in sealing elements 4. Inner ends of pins 3 are equipped with self-locking nuts 8. USE - Agricultural machine building. ADVANTAGE - Higher quality of soil compaction and crumbling of soil lumps. |
