| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to surgery, traumatology, and orthopaedics, and can be used for treating patients with hygroma of upper and lower extremities. Local anaesthesia is performed with 1% novocaine at distance of 1 cm from the hygroma on two opposite sides. Spinal puncture needle is used to puncture the hygroma cavity. 5–6 monofilament threads are delivered through the cannula. Sutures coming out of the needle tip are fixed on a clamp. Needle is removed so that the filaments remain passing through the hygroma cavity. Sutures are fixed on the skin surface with two ligatures, and an aseptic bandage is applied. After 21 days, the threads are removed. USE - Medicine.
