成果简介	NOVELTY - Declared invention refers to medicine, namely to surgical coloproctology with laser vaporisation of haemorrhoids. Application anaesthesia is performed, and haemorrhoids are exposed to diode laser. Transmucous laser vaporisation of internal haemorrhoids is performed under application anaesthesia based on gel with lidocaine, diode laser with power of 6.0 Wt with wavelength 1.94 mcm in continuous mode with duration of 1.5 to 3.0 s. Light guide holder with a flexible segment is used, and vaporisation is carried out in 3 points of the haemorrhoid. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Method enables to preserve the normal anatomy of the given area, significantly reduce the severity of pain and discomfort in the early postoperative period, allows to prevent cicatricial changes in anal canal in remote period after operation, to completely preserve physiological elasticity of anal canal walls. 1 cl, 1 dwg
