成果简介	NOVELTY - The roller has a hollow cylinder equipped with an axle with vertical disks mounted on the axle. The vertical disks are arranged on bases of the hollow cylinder. Rods of circular cross-section are axially mounted uniformly around circumference on a periphery of the vertical disks at an equal distance from the axle, and connect the vertical disks. T-shaped plates are mounted on the rods at an equal distance from each other with possibility of free rotation. The rods pass through a lower part of the plates on a generatrix of the hollow cylinder radially to places. The plates are installed on rectangular cutouts perpendicular to the rods.
