| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Two full-thickness flaps from local tissue are formed and mutually moved in the area of the defect. After anesthesia, markings are made, according to which the sagging part of the earlobe tissue is divided into three parts. Then a layer-by-layer intersection of the sagging tissues of the earlobe is performed, forming 2 full-thickness stalked flaps of different lengths with bases in the upper section — a small medial one, constituting 1/3 of the length of the sagging earlobe fragment, and a large lateral flap, constituting 2/3 of the length of the sagging earlobe fragment. Next, along the entire length of the flaps, the skin is cut longitudinally and mobilized along the edges of the incision to create a wound surface — a lining on the anterior surface of the lateral large flap and anterior and posterior on the medial small flap. Then the flaps are moved, placing their wound surfaces on top of each other so that the lateral large flap is below and outside, and the medial small flap is inside the defect. The wound is closed in layers. USE - Medicine; plastic surgery.
