成果简介	NOVELTY - The device has a corona discharge formation unit for supplying negative voltage from a generator to form a volume charge of aeroions. A box is introduced and installed on a chassis of a vehicle in an upper part of a corona discharge formation unit. A fan unit is installed in a lower part for producing power from the generator. The generator generates negative voltage for the corona discharge generation unit and voltage for operating the fan unit installed on a chassis of a vehicle. A control unit for operation of the device is installed on the chassis of the vehicle. A box is made of polycarbonate with walls 5 millimeter thick. USE - Device for dispersing fog and clouds.
