| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system has a first portion (A) including a moveable carriage (2) mounted on a column (1) fixed on a base (4). A motor connector rod (5) extends outwardly from the carriage and attached to a motor (6) of a second portion (B). A third portion (D) is a data logger operably associated with a torque transducer (7) of the second portion. A motor operable rotating disc (8) is arranged against soil's frictional and adhesive properties and in a reaction plate (12) against which hydraulic pressure is applied with a hydraulic jack (13) for corresponding pressure exerted to on a soil sample (18) and torque measured with the torque transducers associated with the data logger. USE - Testing system for evaluating consistency of sample soil preparation with or without conditioning agents in earth pressure balancing tunnel boring machine (EPB) used for construction of infrastructures e.g. super-highways and water-overflow systems. ADVANTAGE - The system can evaluate the consistency of modified soil using conditioning agents in the earth pressure balancing tunnel boring machine, thus reducing stickiness of plastic clays by Tunnel Boring Machines (TBM), lowering angle of internal friction and abrasiveness of the soil slurry in order to reduce power for soil extraction and conveyance and the wear costs, creating plastic deformation behavior for providing an even and controlled supporting pressure to increase the stability of the face and reduce segregation and the consequent risk of settlement, adjusting the soil consistency to enable tunnelling, and reducing soil permeability to minimize water ingress.
