USE - The system is useful for monitoring and controlling the parameters of the welding process, functionally connected to a welding complex including welding head with a welding torch installed in it, a scanner and a control unit. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - System comprises: a user interface; a control generation module; and a laser profilometry module, where the control generation module includes blocks for geometric and technological adaptation of the parameters of the welding process and process charts, all points of the joint profile obtained as a result of scanning are received by the laser profilometry module, and the laser profilometry module itself is designed with the ability to filter the points of the joint profile received by it and with the ability to determine the reference points necessary for piecewise linear approximation of the cutting profile. The coordinates of which are received from the laser profilometry module to the geometric adaptation unit, which in turn is designed with the ability to position the welding head at the corresponding cutting point and with the ability to generate the positioning of the welding torch relative to the welded joint based on the received coordinates of the reference points and the current position of the welding torch relative to the joint profile. The technological adaptation unit is designed with the ability to correct the technological parameters of welding depending on the current angle of the position of the welding head, and the process charts are designed with the ability to generate a set of commands for controlling the welding process. |
