| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention relates to non-ferrous metallurgy and can be used for depletion of slags containing non-ferrous metals. Method includes feeding liquid slag into a furnace, charging and melting solid turns containing metallic iron, loading of fuel, reducing agent and sulphidizer with continuous supply of oxygen-containing blast into melt for process of reduction and sulphidation with production of matte and dump slag, their separation and removal of liquid and gaseous melting products. During the reduction and sulphidation process, the ratio of the sulphur consumption of the sulphidizer and the oxygen consumption coefficient α equal to (4-20):1. Amount of sulphur of the sulphidizer in the charge of the amount of the supplied liquid slag is maintained equal to 3–8 wt.%. Oxygen consumption coefficient α is 0.3–0.9 of theoretically required for oxidation of carbon and hydrogen fuel and reducing agent to carbon dioxide and water, iron metal turns to iron oxide II. Reducing agent used is coal, schungite, cast iron, ferrosilicon or wastes containing metal aluminium. USE - Metallurgy. ADVANTAGE - Reduced power consumption and increased extraction of valuable non-ferrous metals. 5 cl, 5 ex |
