成果简介	NOVELTY - The device has a cuvette placed on a light-proof thermostat. Two electrodes are located in the cuvette. The first electrode is made in the form of a set of aluminum rings. The second electrode is made in the form of a cylindrical aluminum rod placed in a center of the aluminum rings. The cuvette is filled with liquid i.e. pure water.
