| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Base enamel comprises 50-73 pts. wt. film-forming agent, 15-75 pts. wt. pigment paste, 5-15 pts. wt. hardener (polyisocyanate), 2-4 pts. wt. curing catalyst (metal carboxylate), 0.4-0.8 pts. wt. UV stabilizer, 0.5-1 pts. wt. dispersant and 10-20 pts. wt. organic solvent, where the film-forming agent is copolymer of fluoroalkene and vinyl ether, the UV stabilizer is sterically hindered amine, and the dispersant is copolymer of butyl methacrylate and methacrylic acid derivatives. USE - The enamel and weather-resistant varnish are useful in protective paint coating system for applying a coating to metals and polymer composite materials (claimed) to obtain multi-layer coating system. ADVANTAGE - None given. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: a weather-resistant varnish for applying a coating to metals and polymer composite materials, comprising 60-95 pts. wt. film-forming agent based on polyurethane, 8-20 pts. wt. hardener (polyisocyanate), 2-5 pts. wt. curing catalyst (metal carboxylate), 0.2-0.8 pts. wt.
