| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The hydrocyclone has a cylindrical housing arranged in an upper part with an opening for introducing a gas-liquid mixture and conically fixed in a lower part. The housing is equipped with a cover, a drain pipe for removing low-boiling components and gases and a discharge opening for removing purified liquid. A jet-forming device formed with an opening along axis is coaxially located in a cylindrical part of the housing. A drain pipe removes low-boiling components and gases on an outer side of the jet-forming device. A screw groove is formed between a hydrocyclone body and a jet-forming device of a screw channel of rectangular cross-section. An inlet part coincides with an inlet opening of the hydrocyclone body for introducing a gas-liquid mixture when width of the screw channel is uniformly decreases until coinciding with a surface of the hydrocyclone body, where pitch of the screw channel is equal to height of a side wall of the channel.
