成果简介NOVELTY - Group of inventions can be used to eliminate the deficiency of attached keratinized mucosa in the area of previously installed dental implants, resulting from coronal displacement of the mucogingival junction due to mobilization of the vestibular flap at the stage of osteoplastic surgery or previous dental implantation. The method of eliminating the deficiency of attached keratinized mucosa in the area of installed dental implants includes local anesthesia, gingival incision, mobilization and apical movement of the periosteal flap. Apical displacement of the periosteal flap is performed by fixing a free connective tissue graft to the periosteum or by fixing a free connective tissue graft to the periosteum with additional fixation of the graft with a three-dimensional matrix made of Mucoderm material. Before moving the periosteal flap, a space is created between the buccal mucosa and the area of vestibuloplasty, supported by adjacent teeth that limit the defect in the dentition, a removable apparatus designed to implement the method is installed, and the tissue is tightly fixed at an apically displaced level with no further regression and additional protection of the augmentation zone.
