成果简介	NOVELTY - The thermocontainer has a prefabricated structure including a body, a cover (5) and a working chamber (3) when the body and the cover are arranged on a multilayer structure provided with a carrier shell of the body made of polypropylene (8) and a heat-insulating layer with a closed loop in form of vacuum panels made of nanostructured powder silicon dioxide and packed in a polymer film. A lid (4) is placed in the body presented in the form of a multilayer structure. The body is provided with two expanded polystyrene layers (6) and vacuum thermal insulation panels (7). The cover is provided with the expanded polystyrene layers. A vacuum heat-insulating panel and a protective membrane are made of polypropylene. An inner layer is made of expanded polystyrene for storing thermal accumulators and equipped with a shelf. An isothermal case (2) disassembles the shelf during failed operation and replace parts when the isothermal case is equipped with a sensor that monitors the temperature. USE - Vacuum insulation integrated portable thermocontainer for transporting and storing products. Uses include but are not limited to medicines, transplants, biomaterials, vaccines or medical supplies. ADVANTAGE - The thermocontainer increases reliability of a thermal container and ensures possibility of keeping food hot for a long time and cooking the food. The thermocontainer improves and implements a prefabricated structure and reduces production time of the product so as to improve maintainability of the thermal container due to possibility of quick replacement of a failed part.
