| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - During the endoprosthetics of the knee or hip joints, an electrocardiogram (ECG) is recorded, a dynamic series of values of the time interval between adjacent heartbeats (RR intervals) is formed and displayed in the form of a rhythmocardiogram (RCG) of the patient, and the method of anesthesia is selected based on the data obtained. According to the proposed invention, an ECG recording is carried out before surgery at rest using a device of the VNS-MICRO type from Neurosoft for 5 minutes. A spectral analysis of the rhythmocardiogram is carried out, based on the results of which the values of the low-frequency and high-frequency components of the total power of the spectrum are estimated. The ANS tone indicator is determined using the formula. If the tone index is less than 2, spinal anesthesia is prescribed; if the PT is above 2, general inhalation anesthesia is prescribed.
