The cooling is performed at a rate determined depending on the non-flatness of the strips at the outlet of a continuous annealing unit according to preset formula (1). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A method for producing isotropic electrical steel strips with improved flatness involves steel smelting, with or without secondary processing, steel casting, low-temperature heating of slabs before hot-rolling, hot-rolling, preparing and annealing hot-rolled strips or without it, pickling, cold-rolling, combined decarburization-recrystallization annealing or recrystallization annealing and cooling the annealed strips. The cooling is performed at a rate determined depending on the non-flatness of the strips at the outlet of a continuous annealing unit according to a formula of: Vcool(i+1)= a0.Vi+a1.(δ )Ai(1), where Vcoolis the current cooling rate of the strip, ° C/second and V is the speed of strip transportation along the unit line, m/second, (Δ )A = Aizm-Azad, where Aizmand Azadare the specified and measured or predicted deviation of the strip surface from the plane, mm, a0is coefficient depending on the cooling intensity, ° C/m, a0 = (Δ )T/L, (Δ )T = T0-T1, T0and T1are measured or predicted strip temperature at the entrance and exit of the cooling zone, ° C, L is length of the cooling zone, m, a1 is coefficient determined by calculations and (or) experimentally and depending on the strip dimensions, ° C/(c.M), a1= 0.82+0.55.10-4(B/h), B and h are width and thickness of the strip, mm, i is number of the processed batch of metal, and i = 1, I-1, I are number of metal batches in the processed type of product. |
