| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Invention can be used to predict the risk of increased intraocular pressure (IOP) immediately after intravitreal administration of an anti-VEGF drug in the exudative form of age-related macular degeneration in patients with a native lens. Before administering the anti-VEGF medicinal product, the depth of the anterior chamber (ACD), the value of the angle of the anterior chamber of the eye (ACA) from the nasal and temporal sides, and the value of the anteroposterior axis of the eye (APA) are determined. With GPC values less than 2.48 µm, SPC values less than 25.0° on both the nasal and temporal sides, a POV of less than 22.3 mm, the risk of an increase in intraocular pressure of more than 35 mm Hg immediately after intravitreal administration of an anti-VEGF medicinal product is predicted. USE - Medicine; ophthalmology. ADVANTAGE - Invention makes it possible to reasonably carry out preventive measures regarding increased IOP immediately after intravitreal administration of an anti-VEGF medicinal product. 1 cl, 3 ex, 8 dwg |
