| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Surgical intervention is performed from one approach without using a tourniquet by means of an incision in a projection of a femoral vein up to 2 cm long. Femoral vein lumen is reduced by 1/2 by ligation on a metal protector in the form of an L-curved pin, diameter of which is selected depending on the initial diameter of the vein measured before the operation with the help of an ultrasonic apparatus. 0.09 mg/kg of 2% hexestrol and 0.1 ml/kg of 1% progesterone are administered intramuscularly for 8 days, which are started one day before vein ligation. USE - Experimental medicine; surgery; phlebology.
