| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Universal cellular test system for analyzing the antiinflammatory activity of substances, comprises a 96-well plate, a suspension of profile cells that have the ability to dose-dependently stimulate an inflammation trigger and are obtained from target tissues involved in the pathogenesis of the disease, a culture medium, a priming medium, and an inflammation trigger, where the suspension of cells is seeded into the plate and cultured, the priming medium is added to sensitize the cells, the study of the cells is continued in 3 types of reaction media i.e. control, which is a pure culture medium, a stimulated culture medium with the addition of an inflammation trigger, and neutralized culture media with an inflammation trigger and its inhibitor. A method for using universal cellular test system, comprises studying the level of production of inflammation mediator molecules by cells after their incubation with inflammatory trigger, mixture of inflammation trigger and substance under study. USE - The universal cellular test system is useful for analyzing the antiinflammatory activity of substances (claimed). ADVANTAGE - None given.
