成果简介NOVELTY - Qualitative and quantitative analysis of hydrophilic quantum dots (QD), determination of the heterogeneity of QD samples by size and the presence of organic stabilizers used in the synthesis by capillary electrophoresis, having 10 mM borate buffer containing 2 mM cationic surfactant (e.g. cetyltrimethylammonium bromide) and 5 vol.% isopropyl alcohol at negative polarity is used as the background electrolyte, comprises increasing the resolution of the electrophoretic system, separating QDs of similar size and determining organic stabilizers in one analysis, quantitative analysis of QDs in solutions is carried out using the external standard method according to a previously constructed calibration dependence. USE - The method is useful for qualitative and quantitative analysis of hydrophilic quantum dots. ADVANTAGE - None given.
