Intensive plastic deformation of workpieces is carried out by the method of equal-channel angular pressing according to the Conform scheme with an accumulated degree of deformation of not less than 4 at temperature of 290 8211;310 176;C, subsequent surface plastic deformation is carried out by non-abrasive ultrasonic finishing with ultrasonic tool vibration frequency of 18 8211;21 160;kHz and tool pressing force to workpieces of 50 8211;75 160;N.
