成果简介NOVELTY - The brick has brick main body formed by a mixture of plastic waste material and coconut fiber in a ratio of 3:1. The mixture is compacted in a mold of the desired shape and size of the brick, where the mold is heated to a temperature of around 180 degree Celsius to melt the plastic waste material and bond the mixture together. The mixture is stored in a dry and cool place. The brick main body has a lower carbon footprint due to the use of less energy to produce. USE - Coconut fiber integrated plastic brick used in building construction industry. ADVANTAGE - The brick is environment-friendly to use and lightweight, and has high compressive strength, high durability, high thermal conductivity and high insulation properties. The brick utilizes a mixture of plastic waste material and coconut fiber in a ratio of 3:1 to produce a durable and environmentally friendly brick. The brick has a compressive strength of 17.5 MPa and a water absorption rate of 0 %, values higher and reduced conditions to those of conventional clay bricks. The plastic brick with coconut fiber has a lower carbon footprint, and is cost-effective. The brick has a sustainable and eco-friendly solution that reduces the environmental impact of the construction industry.
