| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Method of assessing the degree of external dislocation of the catheter for prolonged blockade of the brachial plexus by supraclavicular access consists in the fact that at the time of installation a control mark is applied to the catheter, the degree of dislocation of the catheter after the operation is determined by the value of the displacement of the control mark relative to the skin surface. The dislocation length of the catheter corresponds to the degrees of dislocation as follows: from 0 mm to 5 mm — degree 1, more than 5 mm to 10 mm — degree 2, more than 10 mm to 15 mm — degree 3, more than 15 mm — degree 4. Degree 1 corresponds to the absence of catheter dislocation, degree 2 — to the absence of a change in the quality of anesthesia, degree 3 — the probability of deterioration in the quality of anesthesia, and degree 4 — catheter migration beyond the brachial plexus, termination of anesthesia.
