成果简介NOVELTY - Obtaining 2-(2-methoxyethyl)-3,5-dimethyl-pyridine compound (1) comprises interaction of substituted acetylenes with nitrile and ethylaluminum dichloride in the presence of a catalyst, characterized in that terminal acetylenes compound (Ia) are used as acetylenes, 3-methoxypropionitrile is used as nitriles, and titanocene dichloride used as a catalyst, the reaction is carried out in the presence of ethylaluminum dichloride and magnesium powder, with a molar ratio of reagents (Ia): methoxy-malononitrile: ethylaluminum dichloride: magnesium: titanocene dichloride = 10:20: (2-3):(16-20):(0.8-1.2) respectively, in tetrahydrofuran at 60° C in an argon atmosphere for 8-12 hours. USE - The method is useful for obtaining 2-(2-methoxyethyl)-3,5-dimethyl-pyridine compound. ADVANTAGE - None given. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Obtaining 2-(2-methoxyethyl)-3,5-dimethyl-pyridine compound of formula (1) comprises interaction of substituted acetylenes with nitrile and ethylaluminum dichloride in the presence of a catalyst, characterized in that terminal acetylenes compound of formula (R1C=CH) (Ia) are used as acetylenes, 3-methoxypropionitrile is used as nitriles, and titanocene dichloride used as a catalyst, the reaction is carried out in the presence of ethylaluminum dichloride and magnesium powder, with a molar ratio of reagents (Ia): methoxy-malononitrile: ethylaluminum dichloride: magnesium: titanocene dichloride = 10:20: (2-3):(16-20):(0.8-1.2) respectively, in tetrahydrofuran at 60° C in an argon atmosphere for 8-12 hours.
