成果简介NOVELTY - Invention refers to medicine, particularly to surgical urology. Artificial urinary sphincter components are limitedly mobilized and filled with fluid. Patients with a period after primary implantation of an artificial urinary sphincter of more than 5 years, with an increase in the volume of urine loss for more than 1 month and a reservoir of the artificial urinary sphincter filled with more than 10 ml, on the skin a projection of a connecting tube extending from an artificial urinary sphincter reservoir is marked. Incision is made in the projection of the tube and it is mobilized for 5 cm. Artificial urinary sphincter is deactivated; at distance of 4 cm from each other, clamps are applied between which the tube is crossed at a right angle to the end of the tube leading to the reservoir. Syringe is tightly attached through a blunt needle, and fluid is aspirated from the reservoir. Aspirated fluid is removed; the reservoir is filled with new physiological saline in volume of 22 ml. Control intraoperative ultrasonic examination is performed; the tubes are tightly connected. USE - Medicine. ADVANTAGE - Disclosed method enables reducing risks of complications associated with mobilization of the main components of the artificial urinary sphincter, reducing expenditure on consumables, reducing the length of the operation, providing the patient's quality of life recovery on the day of the operation. 1 cl, 5 dwg, 1 ex
