成果简介	NOVELTY - The system has a client-server which designs the data of the internal information base located in file in a database management system (DBMS) based on a two-level architecture, where application programs are concentrated on an enterprise server. The enterprise servers accesses the database server via TCP/IP protocol, while the client allows to connect to a terminal server without using the Windows system even when the connection with the server is broken and has the ability to connect to databases without the Internet. The information structure is designed at the level of the types of processed objects of the subject area provided in the system and the functions are implemented in the configurations. The formation of printed forms of documents is viewed according to specified templates, and scanned documents are uploaded, and the information entered by users is stored in the corresponding information bases in external DBMS.
