成果简介NOVELTY - Producing dispersed powder of stabilized zirconium dioxide with an yttrium oxide content of 8.8 mol.%, includes mixing nitric acid solutions of zirconium and yttrium, obtaining sulfated zirconium, neutralizing the suspension to form zirconium hydroxide, washing, drying and firing to obtain a powder of stabilized zirconium dioxide, heating aqueous solution of zirconium nitrate to a temperature of 80° C and after cooling, adding sulfuric acid to ensure a molar ratio of zirconium sulfate equal to 2, carrying out a joint neutralization of sulfated zirconium and yttrium nitrate with an aqueous solution of ammonia by drip feeding into a reactor in which a constant pH value of 6 is maintained, followed by taking to a pH value of 8, washing the precipitate until the concentration of nitrate ions in the wash waters is ≯ 0.01 mol/l, the precipitate is fired at a temperature of 1100° C to obtain a powder, yttrium-stabilized zirconium dioxide with a mass average particle diameter of 2.1 μ m. USE - The method is useful for producing a dispersed powder of stabilized zirconium dioxide. ADVANTAGE - None given.
