| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - The system sensor has a temperature sensor integrated within a battery pack to measure temperature of individual battery cells or modules. A control unit is in communication with the temperature sensors to receive temperature data and regulate cooling parameters based on the measured temperatures. Cooling channels or pipes circulate a coolant around the battery cells for heat dissipation. A variable speed cooling pump is controlled by the control unit to adjust coolant flow rates based on determined cooling requirements. Phase change materials are integrated within the cooling system. The control unit adjusts the cooling parameters to utilize the phase change materials for heat absorption and dissipation based on a measured temperature. USE - Temperature sensing and control system for a cooling system in a battery i.e. lithium-ion battery. ADVANTAGE - The system provides enhanced accuracy, real-time monitoring, and adaptive control to maintain optimal operating temperatures for battery cells or modules. The system incorporates safety features to prevent coolant leakage, overcooling, or system malfunctions that could compromise battery performance or safety. The cooling system employs advanced cooling techniques, such as liquid cooling or phase change materials, to efficiently dissipate heat generated during battery operation. The battery performance is enhanced, prolongs battery lifespan, and ensures safe and reliable operation even in challenging thermal environments.
