成果简介	NOVELTY - Determining phenotype and assessing the prognosis of patients with sepsis, comprises performing determination and analysis of serum level of interleukin-10 (IL-10), cytokine index (the ratio of the serum level of interleukin-6 to the serum level of interleukin-10) and the level of T-regulatory cells (CD3+CD4+CD25 bright-CD137neg-CD45++) with an IL-10 value of ≥ 35 pg/ml, a T-regulatory cell content of ≥ 2% and a cytokine index (the ratio of the serum level of interleukin-6 to the serum level of interleukin-10) of ≤ 0.5 on the 21st day after the diagnosis of sepsis, and determining immunosuppressive phenotype of sepsis, which is a prognostic criterion for an unfavorable outcome of the disease. USE - The method is useful for determining phenotype and assessing prognosis of patients with sepsis.
