| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Method for creating and maintaining intraocular fluid outflow pathways in glaucoma surgery involves implanting a bioresorbable drainage containing an antiinflammatory drug during surgical intervention for glaucoma of a penetrating or non-penetrating type under a superficial scleral flap with a long axis perpendicular to the limbus and fixed with a surgical thread, where a continuous structure implant based on a copolymer of lactic and glycolic acids with a biodegradation period of up to 6 months is used as drainage, where the implant has a shape of a cylinder of 2-10 mm long and a cross-section of 0.4-0.5 mm, and contains 0.5-1 mg dexamethasone. USE - The method is useful for creating and maintaining intraocular fluid outflow pathways in glaucoma surgery. |
