| 成果简介 | NOVELTY - Producing a powder hard magnetic alloy of the iron-chromium-cobalt system, includes carrying out pressing and sintering in two stages, alternating operations, and carrying out preliminary pressing out with a pressure of 26-32 tons/cm2, carrying out preliminary sintering in a vacuum with a residual pressure of ≯ 10-2Pa at a temperature of 820-860° C for 2-4 hours, carrying out final pressing with a pressure of 33-38 tons/cm2, carrying out final sintering in a vacuum at temperatures of 1350-1360° C for 2-4 hours, carrying out homogenizing, annealing at a temperature from 1200-1300° C with a holding time of 15-20 hours and cooling together with cooling the furnace in a vacuum to room temperature, hardening at 1300-1350° C with a holding time of 1-1.5 hours with cooling in water and multi-stage aging with the application of an external magnetic field in the temperature of 670-525° C with a holding time of 20-30 minutes at each stage, with air cooling after each stage. USE - The method is useful for producing a powder hard magnetic alloy of the iron-chromium-cobalt system. ADVANTAGE - None given. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for powder hard magnetic alloy obtained by the method and containing 20-25 wt.% chromium, 14-16 wt.% cobalt, 3-4 wt.% molybdenum, 0.5-1.5 wt.% silicon, 1.4-4.5 wt.% KS25DC (samarium, cobalt, iron, zirconium, and copper), the rest is iron and inevitable impurities in the form of compounds of nickel, manganese, copper, aluminum, calcium, zirconium, tungsten, carbon, oxygen, phosphorus and sulfur, where it is additionally alloyed with a rare earth alloy KS25DC (samarium, cobalt, iron, zirconium, and copper). |
