成果简介	NOVELTY - Sterilizing hybrid petunia seeds in vitro, includes treating the seeds with sterilizing agents, washing with sterile distilled water under laminar flow bonnet conditions, and cultivating the seeds on a nutrient medium and recording, where the sterilization of the seeds is carried out with one sterilizing agent i.e. 70% ethyl alcohol, followed by three-fold washing with distilled autoclaved water. USE - The method is useful for sterilizing hybrid petunia seeds in vitro. ADVANTAGE - None given.
