USE - The alloy is useful for manufacturing collector profiles for electrical machines (claimed). ADVANTAGE - None given. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for manufacturing collector profiles for electrical machines from copper alloy, comprising obtaining a copper melt in furnaces in a protective atmosphere of generator gas, casting blanks (ingots) using a semi-continuous method, with a casting temperature of 1170-1200° C, cutting the ingots into dimensional blanks, heating the blank in a gas heating furnace, pressing the blank with subsequent drawing of the blank on a drawing mill with a force of 200 kN to a given size, where after obtaining the copper melt in the furnaces, the melt is poured into a mixer and alloyed with zirconium, casting of an ingot using a semi-continuous method, followed by cutting into dimensional blanks on a band saw, heating of the cast blank in a gas heating furnace to a temperature of 880-920° C, then pressing of the blank on a horizontal hydraulic press with a force of 20 MN, followed by quenching in water, then four drawings, after each of the first three drawings, heating is carried out to a temperature of 920° C and quenching of the blanks in water is carried out, and after the fourth drawing, heating is carried out to a temperature of 450° C and aging of the obtained profiles at this temperature for four hours with cooling in air. |
