成果简介	NOVELTY - Producing muffins, comprises (a) kneading dough from granulated sugar, melange, extracted flax seeds, premium wheat flour and baking powder, (b) forming and baking dough pieces, replacing animal fat (margarine) with vegetable fat in the recipe, and taking all raw materials in the following ratio kg/per 1 ton of finished product comprising 415.05 kg wheat flour premium, 260.89 kg white sugar, 11.86 kg extracted flax seeds, 209.5 kg melange, 1.98 kg vanilla essence and 0.99 kg ammonium carbonate, where muffins with extracted flax seeds have a pleasant aroma and nutty taste, the exclusion of animal fats from the recipe reduces the caloric content of the products by 1.5 times. USE - The method is useful for producing muffins.
