成果简介	NOVELTY - The method involves pressing polyclinic button after appearing a list of patients to select the required patient and open a visit window by double-clicking a mouse. Type of appointment primary/repeat is indicated to confirm choice by clicking the select button. A select work template button is pressed. The mouse is dual-clicked from the list of work templates that appears. Referral time from a registry is filled in a tooth condition window to right-click on the tooth condition window for selecting necessary parameters from the list. A next parameter is right-clicked and selected when a tooth is provided with several conditions. Complaints and treatment tabs are gone to correct text of templates. The text of templates is automatically entered after selecting a template corresponding to diagnosis at an initial stage. Additional documents submitted in electronic form are entered into an outpatient card of a dental patient in a documents tab. A visit record is saved to click a done button.
