成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves kneading dough from white sugar, melange, margarine, a mixture of premium wheat flour and flaxseed textured flour and baking powder. Dough pieces are shaped and baked with components e.g. Vanilla Essence, taken in specified quantities. The mixture of wheat flour with an addition of flaxseed textured product obtained by extrusion is introduced in an amount of 10% of total mass of flour when kneading the dough.
