成果简介	NOVELTY - The synthetic compressor oil composition comprises (a) 90-98 wt.% base oil; (b)0.5-3 wt.% antioxidant (c) 0.5-2 wt.% corrosion inhibitor (d) 0.5-1 extreme pressure anti-wear additive and (e) 0.01-1 antifoam additive. USE - Synthetic compressor oil composition used for industrial air compressors. ADVANTAGE - The composition has substantially high oxidation resistance, hydrolytic stability, rust protection, foam resistance, copper corrosion resistance and anti-wear performance and yet is economical, user friendly and results in increased shelf life of compressor. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for(1)a process for preparing the synthetic compressor oil composition, involves mixing base oil, antioxidant, corrosion inhibitor, at least one extreme pressure anti-wear additive, and antifoam additive, at a temperature ranging between 60-70℃,(2) method for lubricating an industrial air compressor by applying the synthetic compressor oil composition as to one or more moving components of industrial air compressor.
