成果简介NOVELTY - The plate (100) has an inlet port for receiving a coolant. A flow channel is fixed on an operative region in fluid communication with the inlet port to receive a coolant therefrom to facilitate cooling of batteries (10). An outlet port fluidly communicates with the flow channels to receive the coolant from the channels and discharges the coolant. Multiple channel-like embossments are formed on an operative bottom surface of a plate main body in a space defined between the operative regions and connected between the flow channels. The embossments absorb impact of knee load forces exerted on the cooling plate main body. USE - Cooling plate for a battery pack assembly of a vehicle (claimed) i.e. electric vehicle. ADVANTAGE - The cooling plate is robust and has structural rigidity, and does not require additional reinforcements, and is cost-effective and relatively light weight. The embossments are configured to absorb impact of knee load forces exerted on the cooling plate, thus preventing deformation of the flow channels and thermal accidents.
