成果简介NOVELTY - The method involves conducting airborne laser scanning of the terrain with the installation of identification marks and the creation of a reference geodetic network. Aircraft flight tracks are selected. Airborne laser scanning and digital aerial photography are conducted along the selected flight tracks. Data is recorded on a digital medium. A database is created in the geoinformation system of objects of interpretation. Regime observations of deformations of buildings and structures are conducted by airborne laser scanning. Three-dimensional (3D) models of earth's surface, buildings and structures are constructed after each cycle of observations. The magnitude of airborne laser scanning exceeds the error of the laser scanner, if deformations are detected. Additional instrumental observation is assigned by geometric leveling in places where deviations are recorded. Construction of diagrams and graphs of movements of the earth's surface, buildings and structures are performed.
